My name is Ruby Marchese (a.k.a. Scrufflebox), and I am a maker based in Sydney, Australia.

I have completed a one-of-a-kind Bachelor of Fine Arts (Properties and Objects) at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts in 2019, which has equipped me with a range of handy skills and knowledge - check out the services page for more info. I have also completed an intensive goldsmithing, wax casting and stone setting course courtesy of the Accademia Delle Arti Orafe in Rome, Italy in 2025.

I have an ambition and desire to create beautiful, high quality, unique work that tells stories and showcases the beauty of hand-crafted work.
